1 – Day Youth Coaching Workshop

This 6 hour clinic is an interactive, educational workshop. The workshop will present on understanding youth physical inactivity and combating childhood obesity. Course materials are provided by Alive with MissionMe® (AMM) and their extensive research and resources on how to coach young athletes, set up camps and clinics and ward off childhood obesity through multisport.
Not only will you learn more about the growing problem of childhood obesity in America, but you will discover the immense resources available to you on how to combat it. This course will introduce you to the extensive research and programming being successfully implemented by Alive with MissionMe® and how this not-for-profit organization is making a difference in children’s lives. Through this introduction to the AMM manual and workshop interaction, you will obtain the tools and knowledge to implement the programs yourself and make a real difference in children’s’ lives through multisport!
