Combination Classes
To be successful in Multisport, you must be able to move from one sport to the next easily and efficiently. Learn how to start the swim with success, transition to a fast bike, and run a strong race in our combo training classes. In the combination classes you will practice various swim starts, T1 set ups, bike skills, T2 set ups, run pacing, race strategy, nutrition strategy and so much more! And as always- count on Energy Fitness Coaching Classes to be fun and motivating!
