Cycling Classes
Cycling Classes are designed to enhance your pedaling economy and efficiency as you are coached by a knowledgeable and motivating instructor. You ride your bike set up on a Cycleops Fluid 2 stationary trainer. Each session is planned accordingly to Periodization Training. Find the classes that work for you!
The Cycling classes are designed to accommodate your Season's Periodization Training. In this 10 week session, you will learn cycling skills and drills to enhance your pedaling economy and efficiency. Learn to ride for your first race, or prepare you body for an intense season. Energy Fitness Coaching is here to take you where you want to go in your athletic pursuits!
Cycling Classes
These classes are designed to accommodate Periodization Training. In this 10 week session, we will be focusing on the Base Phase of Periodization. Throughout the class, you will learn cycling skills to enhance your pedaling economy and efficiency. We will discuss various aspects of cycling and training and teach you how to transition from the “non competitive season” back in to "in season" training. Learn to ride for your first race, or prepare you body for an intense season. Energy Fitness Coaching is here to take you where you want to go in your athletic pursuits!
