Cycling Classes
Cycling Classes are designed to enhance your pedaling economy and efficiency as you are coached by a knowledgeable and motivating instructor. You ride your bike set up on a Cycleops Fluid 2 stationary trainer. Each session is planned accordingly to Periodization Training. Find the classes that work for you!
EFC Cycling classes are designed to accommodate your Season's Periodization Training. In our 10 week sessions, you will learn cycling skills and drills to enhance your pedaling economy and efficiency and so much more! Count on EFC to help you learn to ride for your first race, or prepare you body for an intense season. Energy Fitness Coaching focuses on improving cycling technique and efficiency. Cycling Classes
These classes are designed to accommodate Periodization Training. In this 10 week session, we will be focusing on the Base Phase of Training. Throughout the class, you will learn cycling skills to enhance your pedaling economy and efficiency. We will discuss various aspects of cycling and training and teach you how to transition from the “non competitive season” back into "in season" training.
