Over the last several years we are learning the importance of balance. Stress is placed on body by sport, work, and daily life. Pilates helps you balance your mind and your body. It is an invigorating, energizing, yet relaxing workout that will lengthen, strengthen, and improve your body. Pilates will help with muscular imbalances and it will enable you to improve at sports and enhance your daily quality of life!
Located in downtown Chicago we offer outdoor group Pilates and at various times we will offer classes through Chicago Sport and Social Club.

Group Mat Pilates Classes
In our 10-week group sessions, you will learn to elongate your body, strengthen and lengthen your muscles to enhance your well being as an athlete, and in everyday life. We will focus on common muscle imbalances and stretching. If you have not tried Pilates, you will be amazed with how much it improves your strength and flexibility.
