Running Classes are designed to accommodate Periodization Training. In each 10 week session, we will be focusing on the specific Phase of Periodization. We will guide you with your form and training volume. You will learn and practice running drills and skills to make you a more efficient runner. And as always, Energy Fitness Classes provide a fun, motivating and energizing atmosphere!
