EFC coaches use the proven principles of Periodization training and specificity to develop your aerobic base, increase your lactate threshold, Vo2max, and strength. Your goals are assessed, your limiting factors are addressed, and a plan is created to bring you to your peak fitness for your most important races. Utilizing the latest research and training techniques, EFC coaches are there for you every step of the way. EFC coaching will help you achieve and surpass your goals! EFC is for all ability levels from beginner to elite. Our company is founded by professional athletes and coaches who have various certifications and fitness backgrounds with the common desire to achieve and accomplish goals.
Located in downtown Chicago we are very available to work with you in a personalized one on one session. We offer a variety of plans for local athletes as well as athletes located across the country and overseas!

Personalized Gold Level Running Coaching
EFC Gold Level
With Gold Level Coaching you and your coach are in a true partnership with weekly discussions. You can call anytime with questions, concerns and feedback. Your training is updated weekly and adjusted as needed. And as always, your coach is always available by email!
Personalized Silver Level Running Coaching
EFC Silver Level
With Silver Level Coaching you and your coach work together to customize the plan that is right for you. With a phone call each training block, you will be set up with 2 weeks at a time. Your coach is always available on email!
Personal Run Video Analysis
- Train for 1 hour with an EFC coach
- Receive an initial assessment of your running form with video
- Work with your coach to improve your running form and increase your running speed while reducing injury potential
- Learn proper technique and form
- Receive a personal video after biomechanic improvements and drill work
- Obtain consultation, evaluation, and a full coaching report with personal run video to implement the steps to improve your running economy after your coach conducts a full video analysis of your before and after running videos
Review of Run Video for Analysis
- Send us a video of your running form. Include a front profile and side profile of yourself running at 10K race pace.
- Receive an initial assessment of your running form from your video
- Learn how to improve your running form and increase your running speed while reducing injury potential through proper technique and needed ajustments
- Receive a personalized coaching report of how to improve your running biomechnics through a step process and drill work
