Silver Level Coaching
$249 per month 3 month minimum, eliminates set up fee Save 5% when you pay for 6 months inadvance*
The EFC Silver Level is an expansive coaching program you can choose for significant training and racing results. As with all EFC coaching plans, this plan is 100% personalized for each athlete.
As an EFC Silver Level Athlete you will receive:
- Initial phone consultation
- Introduction, Review of program, explanation of service
- Athlete Profile Review
- At the beginning of the program athlete will complete an athlete profile questionnaire. Coach will obtain an understanding of athlete's training history, fitness/health history, past performance, current and future race goals.
- Detailed Phone Conversation
- A schedule Athlete Interview of 45 to 60 min will then take place enabling Coach and Athlete to begin forming a true partnership
- Training and Race Schedule Review
- Coach will assist athlete in selecting a race schedule and creating a complete training program from the Macro View
- Coach will review the training log with athlete and make sure athlete understands how to use the tools effectively
- Testing and Review
- Athlete will be given Field Tests throughout training plan to establish a firm baseline and to measure improvements
- Discussion of results is Athlete Initiated
- Coach will review outside performance testing completed as well when applicable
- Heart Rate and Power Training Zones Analysis
- Coach well help athlete work with Heart Rate and Power Training Zones. Questions about Heart Rate and Power will be athlete initiated.
- Athletes can take advantage of workoutlog.com for logging and can set up one on one sessions to be tested at the EFC training center on the CompuTrainers™ and Vasa Ergometer™

- Personalized, customized bi-weekly training plan created by your coach. All programs are built specifically for you and nothing is computer generated!
- Training Plan encompasses all 5 dimensions:
- Sport Specific Training -detailed in your customized, personal training log
- Integrated Functional Strength Training -detailed in a Functional Training Log for Endurance Athletes that includes specific exercises and complete instruction for three Total Body workouts, one upper body workout, one lower body workout and two core workouts
- Lengthening and Strengthening of the Mind and Body -detailed in your training log and in communication with your coach
- Nutrition -detailed in a Nutrition Worksheet and Log that includes nutrition information for training and racing along with logs for recording and assessing your nutrition for efficient and effective training and racing. Silver Level athletes may receive two reviews during each 3 month coaching session.
- Rest and Recovery -detailed in your training log and in communication with your coach
- Bi-Weekly phone conversations- Athlete Initiated
- Continuous and unlimited athlete/coach communication through emails. Emails are responded to with Silver Priority Response. Emails will be answered within 24 hours.
- Race Day Planning and Execution
- Race log and phone call to review before your race
- Race Day Analysis
- Review race log and race day experience with your coach
- Regular email broadcasts that contain the latest information and activities in endurance and multisports news to give you the leading edge in information

With Silver Level Coaching you and your coach are in a complete partnership to tailor your training plan to your needs. It's important to keep your coach informed every two weeks of your busy travel, work, and family schedule and provide feedback on mood, sleep and stress levels regularly in emails. Communication is key to success, so if you are communicating with your coach then together you and your coach will create the right plan for you!
