EFC Runcasts are audio coached workouts that you download to your MP3 player so you can take your coach with you on the run! EFC Runcasts are "Coaches on the Go!"

Available Runcasts

Choose the right workout for you!

Base 1 - 45 minute fartlek

Base 2 - 75 minute aerobic endurance

Base 3 - 40 minute tempo/fartlek

Build 1 - 50 minute strength long hills

Build 1 - 50 minute strength short powerful hills

Build 2 - 4 x 800 Speed Work

Not only will Coach Kelly and Coach Rob motivate, encourage and inspire you every step of the way, but we will also help you do the right workout at the right time of your training progression! All EFC Runcasts are based on Periodization. Periodization is a training concept in which the year is divided into periods or phases. Each phase has a specific purpose to aid in improving fitness because these phases create an effective plan that leads to fitness peaks when needed while minimizing overtraining and burnout. The phases of training include Preparation, Base 1, Base 2, Base 3, Build 1, Build 2, Peak, Race, Post Race Recovery and Transition.
