Triathilates™, founded by Coach Kelly of Energy Fitness Coaching, LLC, utilizes several basic mat Pilates movements and various other core conditioning and balance exercises to create a workout specifically to improve muscular imbalances of triathletes and endurance athletes while sharpening mental focus. Triathilates™ positions stretch and strengthen the muscles of the body that often become imbalanced by triathletes.

In Balance, basic balance, challenging mat Pilates and core conditioning moves are used to improve core stability and total body balance. In Stability, ball basic Pilates and core conditioning exercises are used to enhance stability and core strength. Fitness Kit includes DVD and guide book explaining Triathilates™ and each move.
