Energy Fitness Coaching follows a 3 step process to design and implement a safe and effective pernatal exercise program.
- Initial screening: to determine a client's obstetrical, medical, and exercise history as well as her individual goals.
- Educating: to familiarize her with the physiological and anatomical changes occurring during pregnancy and her exercise implications (i.e., how these changes affect her ablity to exercise)
- Offering ongoing modifications: to coach various modifications based on individual needs as she progresses through her pregnancy (i.e., exercise alternanatives)
